NET Equality & Diversity Statement

In the Network of European Technocrats we believe in creating an inclusive environment in which everyone feels valued, where their talents are being fully utilised and in which we combine our efforts to meet organisational goals.

We acknowledge the unique contribution that all potential members can bring in terms of their culture, ethnicity, race, gender, nationality, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, experiences, opinions and beliefs.

The Network of European Technocrats extends this positive attitude in respect of equality and diversity to all humans.

Diversity can enhance the ability of the Network of European Technocrats to accomplish its main mission as alternative views can be considered and new opportunities explored. Equality helps to realize the mission in respect of equal rights and possibilities, ensuring individual freedom. Both help to maintain the dynamic equilibrium between us and our environment, to preserve it for us and the generations to come.

The Network of European Technocrats has the strategic ability to use the full range of aptitude and perspectives of our diverse members to ensure that we have the breadth of viewpoints, experiences, and intellectual skills needed to succeed in our mission.

The Network of European Technocrats takes positive steps to ensure that all current and prospective members and forum boarders are not discriminated against in any way.

The Network of European Technocrats is a non-religious association and does not support any type of cults, sects as well as any group or organisation that violates human rights and fundamental freedoms.

The Network of European Technocrats opposes all forms of unlawful or unfair, malicious and aggressive behaviour.

Diversity is as necessary for humankind as biodiversity is for nature.
